General Surgery by Dr. Randall Beech

After sustaining a head injury in an accident at age 14, I was inspired by my physician. I wanted to be a small-town doctor and serve the needs of a close-knit community. After a taste of big city life and running a major trauma service, I was asked to do surgery in Lyons. I love my surgery staff at Rice Community Hospital; they are the best I have ever worked with.  I truly enjoy serving the people of Rice County.

Dr. Beech performs surgery every Tuesday and Thursday at Rice Community Hospital. He sees patients for pre-and-post-op appointments on the first, second, and third Wednesday of each month.

Pulmonology with Dr. Mohammed Al-Halawani, Hutchinson Primary Care Associates

Dr. Moh’d Al-Halawani is a pulmonologist in Hutchinson, KS. He is affiliated with Hutchinson Regional Medical Center. He received his medical degree from the University of Jordan Faculty of Medicine and has practiced for 11 years.

Infusion Therapy

Infusion therapy is a specialized treatment method that delivers medication directly into your bloodstream. At Rice Community Hospital, our skilled registered nurses administer IV infusion therapy to treat various conditions, from infections to chronic diseases, in a comfortable and controlled environment.

Conveniently located in our Outpatient Clinic, our infusion therapy services are available Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring you can access the care you need when it fits your schedule.

Once your provider sends a referral to our clinic, we’ll give you a call to set up your appointment.

Wound Care

Sometimes, small cuts or scrapes can get better on their own with a bandage and a bit of waiting. Our wound care services, conveniently located in our Outpatient Clinic, are run by a team of nurses specializing in treating wounds that won’t heal. Whether you have diabetic ulcers, pressure sores, or any type of wound issue, our specialized team is here to help.
