We offer family medicine services at both Lyons and Sterling Family Care locations. You can make an appointment by phone or by submitting an appointment request.

We’re happy to accept most insurance plans, and you can easily verify our network status by visiting your insurance provider’s website.

If you need prescription refills, a quick call to your pharmacy will do the trick. They’ll promptly forward the refill request to us.
